I e-mailed an enquiry regarding my dog 15kg to fly with me. Asking what is the procedure, costs etc. I have still received no response. When i tried to call the info line just wasted all my air time and couldn't get through. To this day i am still waiting for a reply on such a simple question. Don't support companies that don't care about you. Now I'm flying with Mango. Useless.
