On Friday 10 May, I told Kirsty (who I was not aware had moved from Alberton to Ballito) that I could not print my etickets for my travel. She said 'no problem, I will deliver them to you on Saturday, as we are coming up to Joburg'. On Saturday morning, true to her word, Kirsty delivered our travel documents! I have always have had excellent service from Kirsty - she is a credit to her profession and her employer.
