Never do business with Ballito Cellular in the Ballito Bay Mall. I took my iPad in for a new screen yesterday morning and they promised it would be done by the afternoon. When I can back in the afternoon at 3:30 they said it wasn't ready but to come back after 5 pm, which I was unable to do. I have now come all the way back this morning and the guy fixing it isn't here and neither is the iPad. They claim the broke the 3G or wifi or some card so they have taken it off site. I go here at 9:50am and the guy here said his brother would be 1/2 an hour - it is nearly an hour later and I am still waiting! When I got upset and said I would put it on Facebook he said he didn't care - so guess what Ballito Cellular I think you might just care...
