Inability to refund money owing to custome

I travelled on business to SunCity for a conference through Rennies travel HRG. The hotel bille dmy credit card and I have been unable to obtain my refund from RENNIES TRAVEL HRG for close to 3 months. The travel agent have been paid and I am accumulating interest on my credit card over 3 months.
