Another Shocking Display of Customer Service

I had a flight booked on [URL Removed] (Oh how I wish I had just stayed with them) which I unfortunately couldn't make. So, I went to the SAA ticket office at the airport with my mothers' credit card IN my hand, I never booked it online and came there afterwards, I made the lady well aware of the fact that it was not my card beforehand. She was obviously NOT listening to me and ran the card through, then puts the wrong contact details on the form. I point out her mistake, to which she then explains that the card holder needs to be present. AFTER I had already said that BEFORE she put the card through, I could easily have just walked away ticket in hand leaving her to explain that herself, but I didn't... she then apologised profusely for HER mistake and I went down drew money and paid again. She assured me that I would be refunded in FULL, now all of a sudden I must pay R485.00 for something that had nothing to do with me?!?!? I already paid for a full new ticket, now I must pay service fees? FOR WHAT?!?!? A mistake that shouldn't have been made in the first place? It's not a heap of money, but I fail to see why I should bear the cost of their companies ineptitude. DISGUSTING SERVICE.
