Frustration with billing and outstanding queries

1) I have over the past 2 Years been unable to get any reservations during the peak period.
2) My contract was signed in February, yet I am constantly pressurized for payment from October.
3) I voiced my dissatisfaction over poor reservation availability, only for a consultant to visit me and explain that I have purchased too few a points for too much and need to purchase more in order for the reservations to consider me.
4) I have requested Flexi Club to sell my points 3 years ago - with no response.
5) I feel hard done since paying R36000 cash for my points and subsequent payments in excess of 10 years 2 years of which I was unemployed.
I have sent them emails, with no response

I have yet to receive a response to my email dated 25/4 and the numerous calls made to their office, yet I have been handed over to their collections department who have threatened to hand me over to their attorneys. What is sad to note is their diff depts are fragmented and isolated from each other, accnts dept acknowledge the query but are not in a position to rectify the problem as that is handled by the client care dept and yet they continue in pursuing collections. Are they a "Parastatal'?
