I'm very disappointed at Kulula that we were 5 mins late (I mean only 5mins) and there were no queues or anything and we had no luggage to check-in and they told us that they couldn't let us in, in that flight. i mean i could have taken them less than a minute to check us in so what was so difficult and we could have been there on time since people were still boarding so now we had to pay an extra R690 for being 5min late???
