Good day. My family and I boarded the Road Line Bus from PE to EL RL7592609-7592610 on the 27 Apr 2013 at 6:30.When we entered the bus, the stench of faeces was disgusting and lasted for 4 hours till we reached out destination, despite numerous pleas to the driver. Lets not even mention the unhygienic conditions of the toilets in King Williams Town: broken toilets, filthy, no toilet paper and faces all over the ladies walls.
Road Link - I want a refund. I will be taking this matter to the highest level.
