My flight was to take off at 13:45. I checked in at 12:30 which is just 5mins late from check on time. Les just arrogantly referred me to the help desk, with just "you're late". I wasn't given anymore advise as to any protocol that I could have followed. I only had 1 bag and 15mins later it was announced that my flight is boarding. With lack of info I was left having to buy another flight ticket. The most inconvenient airline. Mango does a better job.
