I have been liasing with Thando at Easy Holidays Customer Service for a while now and am very happy with the service that i have received from her.
She is efficient, curteous and polite, Always willing to assist, Always the same. I recently got back from holiday which i enjoyed with family. I could not find availability and she helped with timeously responding to my emails keeping me informed and querying my needs. Eventually finding wonderful accommodation for me.
My hat off to you Thando. We truely need more people like you in the service industry.
