In all the time I have dealt with Easy Holidays, having bad experiences over the past few years. However, today I was fortunate to get Solani Ngongoma to assist with my very late holiday accommodation request. She called me back several times and went the extra mile to get our booking placed. I am so impressed that my confidence in Easy Holidays is restored. I did thank her personally, but believe she needs to get the recognition through the correct channels. Well done Solani.
