Unsympathetic staff and pathetic airline

On Thursday night 25 April 2013 - i received a call from my family informing me that my mother has passed away. i live in cape town and my family stays in jhb- During my emotiona state i hurry onto mango (as you have always been my preferred airline) to book my ticket, once again you came through for me and i managed to book an early morning flight for 6:30. i tjought to my self this is perfect- As a muslim we had planned the funeral for 11am on Friday. it got late and i feel asleep- Friday morning i woke up at 5:00 and arrived at the airport at 6.Emotional and in a state of truma -i am told sorry the gate is closed and i missed my flight. No sympathy as i explain my situation. im told to go to client service - sent there on my own! after being given vague directions, NO SYMPATHY, NO CARING. Im told - next flight is 11:40 and i must pay - no one calls a manager, no one sympathises with me, no one cared. Your airline is only in it for the money- im disgusted!!! Thank GOODNESS for Kulula airlinewho managed to assit with a ticket flight for 8:00.
i frequently fly with mango - check my id number on your system, NO MORE! ;i will spread my msg. i want my money back
