Quick to Bill Account

8.ta billed my account three times as if I still owe them let alone I have made payment on the 08 April 2013 they still treat my account like it is in arrears. Now when I call the accounts they are telling me to wait 7 working days to get my money refunded. Question why should I wait so long while is their or system fault...

I'm so upset with 8.ta...
