I have for the last 5 months been getting messages telling me I owe R5800 for an account I do not have. I have sent in the affidavit as well as my details to MTN (Boitumelo Gailele) and SSDA with no feedback. I am now going to the ombudsman as well as Carte Blanche who seem to be interested in the growing number of cases coming out of MTN. I have been with Vodacom for 12 years now and not MTN.
where is the order Ie: the call made to place the order with proof of residence and bank statements, where is the signature on the ID that the couriers are legally bound to get before handing over the contract or phone.
