I took out a cellphone contract in a nashua mobile store for a samsung galaxy s3.i then did not use my contract sim card since january 2013.My contract was for R329 per month.in march and april of 2013 i got debited over R400. I called mh customer service HELPLINE! who could not give me no answers... all she could say was thag i used my sim card when i NEVER did. I am really guttered by the poor service i have received..i asked to speak to her manager.i was questioned as to why i want to speak to a manager.i then said i will put my complaint on hello peter and was asked again why i would want to put it on the website if i subscribed to the service..i hope this complaint gets dealt with.i am suffering and all these people can do is take money and accuse you of being your fault
