THE SERVICE JUST KEEPS STAYING BAD

I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY ANYMORE IT IS JUST RIDICULOUS, I RECEIVED MY IPONE 5 LAST WEEK WEDNESDAY AS MY COMPLAINT I RECEIVED A BLACK ONE AND NOT A WHITE ONE AND RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE SIM WITH IT AS WELL, SO MY HUSBAND PHONED CELL C AND HE WAS TOLD WE WILL BE RECEIVING THE THE WHITE IPONE TODAY 29-04-2013 R 30/04/2013 WITH THE CORRECT SIM SO MY HUSBAND PHONES TODAY TO HEAR IF WE ARE GETTING THE PHONE WITH CORRECT SIM AGAIN NO THAT IS NOT HOW WE WORK WE FIRST HAVE TO PICK UP THE PHONE BEFORE WE SEND THE CORRECT PHONE I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY ARE WE GETTING INCORRECT INFORMATION THE WHOLE TIME, NO PROBLEM TO DEDUCT THE MONEY BUT I'M STILL WITH OUT THE USE OF MY CELL PHONE I FEEL LIKE CANCELLING THIS CONTRACT IVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE IN MY LIFE IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME JUST SEND ME THE RIGHT SIM PLEASE PLEASE REALLY DOES CELL C NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS FAST TO DEDUCT THE DEBIT ORDER, BUT NOT FAST AT DELIVERYING CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE JUST SEND ME MY CORRECT SIM CARD IS IT REALLY THAT DIFFICULT???!!!
