I honestly have an it with MTN, first I lost all my contacts becuase of them. They never bothered to inform me that the BIS fees have changed and which was the correct option to use. I thought something was wrong with my phone a ended up losing all my contacts. No help from them again, second time around I selected the wrong option again with lack of information and again than the silly call center agents give me the wrong infor. I am sick and tired of them. No effort whats so ever yet the phone and number belongs to me yet stories stories.
