I WENT INTO THE MTN STORE IN EASTGATE, REGARDING AN ACCOUNT QUERY.THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME BUT HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES TO GET ASSISTANCE.THE STORE WASNT EVEN BUSY AS THREE OTHER COUNTERS WERE OPEN AND YOU COULD SEE CONSULTANTS LOITERING AROUND.WHEN I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER HE /SHE COULD COME OUT TO EVEN ADDRESS ME.WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT CHANGING MY CONTRACT ACCOUNT THAT WAS PAID UP TO A PREPAID NUMBER I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL BE BILLED FOR CHANGING IT.THIS TO ME SOUNDS RIDICULOUS AS THE 2YR CONTRACT IS FINISHED AND DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE CONSUMER ACTION ACT.SHOULD I BE BILLED I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.
