Service Suspension

I seldom recieve a statement and invoice that is supposed to be sent by e-mail, recieved september 2012 and again Jan 2013, I have been on contract for more than 10 years and pay by means of EFT. If I don't get a statement I tend to forget to pay, but then my service get suspended without any notification. After EFT payment from Absa to MTN Absa it still take days to get service restored
