Failure to action request

On 28-02-2013 and email was sent requesting some changes to 2 x existing accounts. [Part of which was a consolidation and a cancellation]. To date this has not been actioned.

Billing continues however with May period now being asked for. Call cente staff are very friendly but politeness and friendliness cannot replace failure to action.
