Once again I have to use someone else's PC as mine continually drops the connection. Cellc take your money but do not supply the service! I paid R1299 for 24GB over a 12month period, but cannot use it due to connection problems. All Cellc do is reply asking the standard 10 questions asked of everyone, then, nothing happens! I am told by the store, as well as the technician that the transmitter is the problem, and I must just wait. If this is so, then for 's sake Cellc, fix it. You have my money, but cannot supply the service, surely this is?
I have been trying to get an answer since 20/3/2013, when a form to notify the technical Dept, was filled in at the Blue Route branch
