Once again I am forced to complain about Cell C. They manage to up my account once more. This after it has been corrected 3 months ago. You can sent e-mails to the customer service till you are blue in the face, they just do not respond nor rectify the account!!
As if they read it???
Makes one wonder about the quality of service... Seems like this problem never ends.
Do something about this and stop apologizing!!
