Call limit not kicking in & bad Customer Service

I lost my cellphone and only realised a few days later.By then calls to tune of R570 were made from my line even though there is a call limit of R100 set. When I queried this with the Victoria Centre store in PMB on 6 April '13, They logged the query on their system & promised to come back to me. To date I haven't had a response, but received smses that my credit request has been completed. Upon phoning the Call Centre today to confirm this, I was sent from pillar to post and no one would give me a straight answer or even seemed to know what is going on. I then phoned the PMB store & Farhana wasn't helpful until I had to scream and should. She then passed the buck to her colleague Zaina who had logged the query and said she would phone me. All I need is for Autopage to reverse the amount of R470 they charged me on the March statement as the limit should have kicked in as it always does on every other month. Failing, which I will cancel my debit order and not pay my contract until this has been resolved. I have not received a call from Zaina who was extremely rude and hung up on me. Really, is this how you treat your customers. I'm gonna ensure that I tell everyone not to use you.
