I would like to know why I am being billed when bis is offline as this is not my problem. I also receive no notification that bis is offline yet I am being billed for this. I would like a refund of R27 please. I logged a complaint on Sunday 06 October 2013 @17.30pm and still no response. Please find below the sms I received from Cell C as receipt of my complaint: (Copy & pasted)
"We have received your query and will attend to it shortly. Your reference no is: 3100600900. An SMS will be sent to you when your query has been resolved. Cell C"
Please resolve this ASAP before I cancel my contract and take my business elsewhere.
