Vodacom blacklisted my phone. the phone is under contract with nashua mobile, its on MTN anytime 200. they don't want to unblacklist it even thou i did complete a form they sent me. when i call their call centre they a full of attitude. i am struggling to understand how can vodacom blacklist an mtn phone and they don't want to take accountability for their mistake. i am changing the starter pack i have with them to cell c.
