HOW DO I RENEW MY CONTRACT

Hi,
After my 4th visit!!! Still no service. Have been told 3 times to come in and collect new phone??? Still no results. Renewed contract with out any signatures!!! Now must wait another month to renew??? service SUX! going to GAME and changing to VODACOM!!!
