My wife's account was over paid by three months and i engaged with the Woolworths financial services in Cape Town for the refund. The person handling my case is Nihaad and it has been now over 30 day of being send from pillar to post, emailing requisite proof of payments and emails. On Tuesday this week she promised to finalise this matter by today but instead she sent me an email telling me the person in their finance department who was supposed to transact is on leave until next week. (Lack of contingency planning).
