I really hope Apple would stop allowing MTN to sell their products and smearing their name with MTN's customer service and empty promises. I posted a complaint a week ago and was promised that someone would look into it. Wow, another complete bs story again from them. I cannot get a defective phone sorted out no matter where or who I talk yo even though Apple techs say that MTN must sort it out. How can a company get away with such rubbish service and just keep lying and promising customers any story just to stretch things out. A 3 week old phone and they refuse to repair or replace it and have dragged this saga out for 3 months. Thanks for nothing you chumps!!
