Yesterday (Sunday 21 April 2013) I called MTN contact centre because when I purchase data bundles (10MB) for the phone, MTN is charging the airtime first rather than using the data bundles.
After numerous attempts we were told to phone 083 1555 and the call (upto 3 - 4 times) would consistently drop after which I requested to speak to the supervisor on duty (Shepal) on the 173 number. Her attitude towards client service was appalling and not customer centric at all. Not pleased with the response given.
