Shocking service for upgrade

For nearly a month I have been trying to get a 3G and sim card activated due to an upgrade. In the process I have been back and forth between different departments and different people who have not managed to assist with my query! I have phoned every day for 2 weeks requesting the status of my upgrade, but no one phones me back to let me know what's going on and one deprtment to the other does not know what's going on with my account! I have not had internet access to run my business since the beginning of the month - who covers that cost and inconvenience??!!
