They made their mess my fault

During the December holidays i applied for a cellphone contract with Vodacom Protea Gardens, however, the Tablet i wanted never arrived. i figured since i work away from JHB, i'd try the contract in Vryburg. i enquired about getting a contract through the vryburg branch and it was possible. however the protea gardens branch had to cancel my application first. this procedure apparently take only a second but it took them close to a month to get me off the system. i remained patient and proceeded with getting a contract with vodacom Vryburg on a special they had in January. the Tablet i requested only arrived in April and that is 3 months after the special they had. vodacom processed my contract under a package i did not initially agree to getting. i asked the people responsible and my complaint was not handled with urgency. now i am the smart light contract while i initially wanted the my meg 500 contract as advertised. i mean it was not my fault that they take forever to deliver goods to places like Vryburg and i should not reap the fruits of their poor procurement system. please assist. the tablet is used by my younger sister for school purposes. i was given an ultimatum
