Disgusting Service!

I have been a client of Nashua Mobile for the past 7 years, the service received from the above individuals has been nothing short of disgusting. I am still waiting on feedback for a resolution to this matter. On the 28/02/2013, I called through and spoke to Bulelani Keswa to upgrade my monthly data bundle on my cellphone contract to 500Mb. This I was assured would come into affect by latest the next day. Upon seeing my latest statement I discovered that this actually was not implemented and as a result I have been charged for data use that should have been in a bundled rate. I spoke to Tholakele Msibi yesterday in your credit department, who didnt seem to show much interest in the matter and simply "refered" the matter to Bulelani as it is Tholakele's last day of employment at Nashua Mobile today. Tholakele refused to acknowledge the problem dispite in being evident on your systems that I requested the upgrade and it never happened, I had to insist on asking for direct line managers names and numbers to escalate and address this matter which I later discovered was just another switch board number that I was given. I was told I would be called back today which never happened.
