STILL waiitng for credit!!!

I have been overcharged for the last 4 months. Autopage has been deducting money out of my personal account every month for GPS... At this time I had a Nokia 100 (A BLACK AND WHITE NO INTERNET PHONE). I previously had a data bundle on my contract. I asked Autopage to remove this bundle due to my phone situation. They did not do this and activated it again. Therefore I was paying for GPS usage and a data bundle. I have been fighting for this credit now for 3 months. Everytime there is an excuse or the accounts department HANG UP ON ME or just pass the buck!

Credits were logged on 28 March 2013. It is now 18 April. This time has passed and no amount has been credited to me.

I am absolutely appalled by the ability of your accounts department to assist a loyal customer of NINE YEARS with such a simple request. Disgusted. I need this sorted out NOW.
