I have lost my sim card and blocked and when to the shop to ask for simswap and the done it for me and paid R150 and terminated blackbarry recuring services due to the bill that they have charged me, what supprise me is that they have charged me what so called reconnection fee which was not been explained to me that it will be charged according tome this is a RIP OFF from Cell C they have also charged me recuring service fee which was cancalled in december. and everytime when you seek an explanation from celc consultants you cant get a constructive answer even you read youre contract over and over. ek is Gaat VOL with service provider after three months something come up you cant have four months without any query with their department.
