Unresolved query after 2 weeks

I was contacted by Blanche and Maurice from CellC who I forwarded the following email to on the 26th Feb, its now the 13 March and still no update!
If you look at my January billing something is wrong here as well - I have been charged R 399.24 for 1010611kb of data as per my attached statement.
* Ok so there are 1024kb in 1MB
* Thus 1010611kb divided by 1024 = 986.92 KB usage for January 2013's bill
* Less 500MB which is part on my R549.00 contract deal equates to 486.92 KB out of bundle data usage.
* On your website it indicates that 1MB is R0.15 irrespective of whether its in our out of bundle.
* Thus my out of bundle charge should be R0.15 X 486.92 = R73.04
* I have been charged R399.24 less R73.04 = R362.20 OVER charge.
* This applies to all previous months as well - please request credit in terms of the above calculation for all previous months as well and ensure that all future months are charged at this rate - thanks.

Correct me if my logic is incorrect! But the least the service provider can do is give me some feedback. I have had to 2 "Read receipt" mails from Blanche and still NO RESPONSE!
