Well Sandros has not contacted me and I have now received a threatening sms stating that I have been handed over to the recovery department which the service department states it reflects the outstanding payment. THE THING THAT REALLY UPSETS ME THAT I AM IN CREDIT WHICH MEANS I HAVE AN OVER PAYMENT AND IT MEANS THAT YOU ACTUALLY OWE ME AND NOT THE OTHER WAY. I am tired of this and get your house in order. I am with Cellc for the last 11 years. This is not service this is just plain POOR, BAD service with a lot of empty promises. When my contracts expiry I will not renew them. I DO NOT TRUST YOU CELLC.
