At your gateway store, I was treated disgustingly in front of other customers in the shop, which lead to these customers shaking their head's in disbelief. This led to a fellow employee telling the sales consultant that I was in fact correct and that she should help me with my problem. Due to a 5 DAY DELAY in delivery on my device, I had no other option but to get a temporary sim for my current device as I was traveling on business the next day and needed communication. In the store, I had a letter on my companies letter head stating that I was responsible for picking up the device. This letter was signed and verified by the account holder. Once I went into the store to pick up the temporary sim I was told that the letter was not sufficient as it was for a phone pick up. (I COULDNT PICK UP THE PHONE BECAUSE OF YOUR DELAY, SO I NEEDED AT LEAST A SIM). The consultant ended up phoning your sales office and in front of the whole store she stated "I have a customer here throwing a tantrum" (Totally False). Additionally, I have ordered a Cell C data bundle 3 weeks ago and nothing has been done, even after numerous emails. SHOCKING!!!
