Autopage is not satisfied with just poor service

The saga of trying to get my contract cancelled would use up all my allocated characters. Suffice to say that autopage is now trying to get a month's subscription out of me beyond my contract. So here is just my latest communication with them and their response. What I would like to know is why I am being allocated time, which I do not want, on a contract that has expired.

I am now tired of the onerous ways of contacting you, ie call centre and web. Is my contract only effectively going to be cancelled on 15 June because, in your view, I did not give one month`s notice or because you want to allow me to use all allocated minutes before cancellation? There is a difference between the two explanations given by you so far. When will my last payment to Autopage be due? What is this payment for? State dates.
