Still 8.ta again

According to their records my account shows suspended on their system but my phone was never ever suspended at all and payments are up to date. it's on debit order every freakin month. Now I received a sms for me to upgrade and the upgrade cant be done because the system says my account is suspended. I am very unhappy with this type of service. We had a simular problem more than a year ago where they have deducted money of my account and it was not even for my account and they promised a refund that also never happened on my bank charges. Now I have to struggle to get my contract renewed and its because of their poor service and I have to go in to the store the whole time. They are waisting my TIME and MY MONEY.
