DAY LIGHT

It is now going 9 weeks since my upgrade and i still have not received my handset, however they are now charging me for new services i did not request. i have called in and have spoken to a consultant who knew nothing and there after tried to do their normal transfer to 3 different department.

This is my 4th complaint and i have been called to be assured each time that this matter will be resolved... shockingly it hasn't

I cannot even cancel my services as they do not advise you even after trying fax, SMS or email on how to go about doing so.
They have no interest in losing clients and now i'm gathering people who are also going through this problem to stand up and let every one know about this pathetic service from Cell C
