Long story short. I have complained twice on hello Peter regarding the service I am receiving from Cell C. Till date there is no light from Cell C. No one seems to be helping me. I have spoke to Butimelo, Lucky from escalations i have spoken to Fatima, Katija, I have spoken to cs so called manager Lelapo cs team leader Chantel, I have spoken to 5 people in C cover today some which did not advise their names. I have spoken to Regan and nothing seems to be working. A services which takes 7 to 14 working days which i am paying extra on my business contract is not being met. No one seems to care at Cell C, No one keeps to their word. If you track my calls every name i have mentioned above does not even fit to be having a JOB at cell c. Sad part is I am just typing yet there is no response, there is no light of my issue being resolved. If some manager can take the time to assist and see what I went through and is currently going through you will actually be shocking working for a company like Cell C. I really hope Cell C closes down because they do not keep to their word, they do not take their clients seriously.
