Autopage have outdone themselves with NO SERVICE AGAIN!!!..new phone just went blank, ...took itin to their clearwater branch... told it was under 6 months garantee..returned phone with ALL accessories, this doublechecked with branch manager... this is 4 WEEKS AGO... now this is list of excuses every time i call.. "its out of 6 months" "we cannot replace the fone coz the charger is not in box" then " we found charger the cable is actually not in box" then "oh we found it" now the latest is "we cannot replace coz its scratched and now they found a dent!!!...WHAT NEXT? in the meantime I, the client is being inconvenienced>>>I am paying!! YES I AM... BUT NO SERVICE... FACTS ARE: The fone broke within the 6 month period, ALL accessories, charges, cable, earphones etc was returmned in its original box!!! CAN SOMEONE WAKE UP AND START HELPING YOUR CLIENTS... THIS IS THE 4TH COMPLAINT I HAD TO PUT ON HELLOPETER JUST TO GET A RESPONSE... HELOOO. I AM SOOOOOO MAD
