Stay away from 8ta!

I changed my banking details with 8ta, but they simply did not use my new banking details to implement a new debit order and disconnected my phone. Upon enquiring, I was told that I was suppose to call in and make arrangements to pay manually! Stay away from 8ta! Problems, problems and more problems!
