Listen here, i am utterly disgusted with you people. your problem that i could not use my BIS services for 2 days and yesterday my BIS gets cut off. so you people basically 2 days of my BIS that belongs to me!!!
i was also told that if i have data left i would be able to use my internet and whats app with the data without having to subscrbe to bis again. ALL . i couldnt use anything. the people at your call centre are and so are the ones in your blackberry department. i held over an hour to speak to someone and once i got through they could not help me as they dont know anything about the fact i can use my data without BIS. pathetic people. it is time you start training your staff properly.
