I 'upgraded' my 8ta contract after being a loyal paying customer for 24months. To my suprise I was given a top up contract. Very simple solution: take the friggin limit of my spending account and voila problem is solved but can these guys do it??? oh no! 5 calls to call centre later, a complaint on facebook and still no resolution... nada, zero, null!!! sort this out please, I am at the point of canceling my bussiness with you should the next 24hours not bring a ammicable solution. :( extremely dissapointed 8ta, get your act together.
