About 2 weeks ago I report Cell C for No stock to upgrade. The response was very fast and I asked Sipho to send me by mail a broschure to see wat upgrades I can do. He said that I can upgrade on the phone. He never send me the mail. On 2013-04-15 Nellie contacted me and I explained to her what the problem was. I can not upgrade before I have not see what upgrades is available. She read me my mail address to confirm the mail address. This was not send to me either. I am tired to waste my time with empty promises as my phone is out of order and need a other mobile urgently. What is the timelimit to cancel a contract please?
