Holding on the number supplied by "the office of the MD" and going no-where really is adding shame to yourselves. 4 and a half months dealing with the office of the MD and supposedly a client liaison manager, Celise Pieters

MANAGER from the MD's office at Vodacom kindly contact me regarding my cellphone problem that I logged in December that has still not been resolved. The issues seem to be swept under the carpet and not be dealt with!!
And no I do not have a reference number Vodacom I have not been given one .. I'm sure if you simply find the missing managers they should be able to assist you.
