I recieved an sms this morning from individuals claiming I won a competition through RICA and that I should call a Telkom line 0218255476 to claim my prize. When I called I found that the number was answered by Nigerians, i told them that I know that this was a and that I was going to report them. They swore at me and hung up.

Please investigate, as this poses us at great risk, as these people have our cell phone numbers and can commite a number of crimes using these numbers.
