I received a credit note from MTN for an amount that was going to be paid back to me. However, when month end came, another debit order was taken off my bank account. After exhausting all channels, a friend of mine put me in touch with Craig (Chief Marketing Manager), who apologised and a promised that the issue will be sorted within 48 hours.

True to his word, the money from the credit note was paid out within 48 hours, but the additional debit order that went off my account was not paid back. I waited until month end (next debit order run), but nothing. I then phoned Craig twice, leaving a message on his mobile number, but he never returned my call.

I would like to know if the additional debit order will be paid back, and by when? Or was my understanding of it all wrong?
