You log a customer service request and get promised that somebody dealing with the issue will be emailed 'right now' and will come back to you 'today'. Or you try doing this via an e-mail and get a return that somebody from Cell C will get back to you in writing within 24 - 48h.
It's now 2 weeks and NOBODY comes back.
Of course calling the customer services is a fruitless exercise - as this call centre is totally inadequately staffed and there is no way that one even gets an answer within 30minutes. What a useless service!!
